A Week to Remember 06/08

Title says it all, really has been a week for me to remember and cherish in the memory pot from recieveing Jerry Lorenzo X Justin Bieber tour merchandise a week earlier before it dropped officially yesterday on the 05/08/16 @urbanoutfitterseu kindly gifted me a box full of goodies to my surprise, i've worked previously with them but with this particular collab it was extra special to me to have access to very sort after pieces.

Roll on the highlights, for those who already know I got invited to attend the new Tubular exclusive drop in Paris with AdidasUK X FootlockerEU. My first time in Paris and i must say i instantly fell in love with the city, not felt a vibe like it maybe it was just the excitement of been one of a select group who personally got invited to go but either way it felt like it could be a home for myself one day maybe... so was there for 2 days, day 1 was packed with so much to do from checking into the beautiful W hotel in central Paris to a boat wine and dine to the main event towards the end of the night it truly was an experience i won't forget. 

Adidas Tubular Invader Strap Blackout / Out Aug 15th exclusively to Footlocker.

The official launch was a spectacle, to be in a room full of influencial people with the same interests was like being in a dream community talking passionately about fashion. I'm not gonna babble to much of the details just a personal thank you to @adidasuk and @footlockereu for allowing me to attend and for the early gift that was left in my hotel room as i returned from the event which was a nice touch, if you like the shoe go get it don't be drawn to belittled minds who'll automatically start the shoe beef of "its a fake 750" "yeezy wanna be", end of the day it's a complete different shoe in its own right, if you fuck with the shoe go get it, i own both the black 750s and now these believe me make your own opinion mine is their two different shoes but i see the slight comparisons. 

Also, I took samples of my up and coming brand @onlytheblind to Paris to showcase to you all a snippet of whats to come very very soon, I will write another blog shortly about it all thank you for all the support and love.

In The Loop. 17/05

Hello Everyone!

I hope your all well, its surprisingly been decent weather here in England (touch wood) watch they'll be a storm later on, anyways back at it again and I know it's been a long time since my last post on here but I thought i would just give you all a little insight into whats going on right now, I'm inundated with the same messages everyone asking whats with the title "creative director" in your bio all about? or what do you do?, for many out there i've been given a massive opportunity to work as a creative director as much as I would love to tell you more unfortunately its not only in my interest but also out of the respect of my employers to keep everything on the hush for this moment in time, yes the project is clothing related so this will be something i've worked very hard to reach and ever since starting life on social media it's truly a blessing to call a hobby work. 

The project will be announced soon, and I cannot wait to share everything I know to you all, the project is a reflection of me, my history of influences from past to present but keeping ties with modern trends, as you know via my instagram i'm prone to change and switch my style frequently its nice to experiment with different variations of style and really explore different ways to put together an attire for whatever the occasion. 

As the project draws closer to the announcement date there will be different social media platforms setup so you all can get different insights and really get personal with the story of the project from the start, no finish this won't be a one drop thing. My expectations from here on is to work, grind and execute perfection for you all. 

In the mean time i see a lot of you out there doing your thing, and its amazing to see this street fashion wave trend on a global scale, keep working hard, and to all you reading this I'm forever inspired to inspire you, thankyou for now I will do my best to keep you updated.

Yeezy Collection.

Ever since Kanye West took his talents from Nike to Adidas the anticipation of his shoe design has been an uncontrollable thirst for fans, fashionistas and unfortunatly resellers. Waiting for the drop release is like waiting to hear back from a doctors anaylsis after an appointment, I don't think anyone realises the preparation and dedication it takes to wait for 3 days or more camping to try get your hands on a pair.

I'm very lucky to have all 3 colourways in the 350 models, even myself wasn't fortunate enough to grab the 750s and I wasn't overly hyped about the 950s although there slowly growing on me. To see the whole world of social media globally everyone around the world having every single sneaker design since he drop of the OG 750 colourway makes you realise how incredibly difficult it is so never be disappointed if you're one of the many, personally I share your frustrations with you.

On to my personal collection, first starting off with the first drop in the 350 colourway self titled "Turtle Dove" I was lucky to enter and win a raffle off by Harvey Nichols I simply couldn't believe my luck no camp required just to turn up and patently wait until the doors opened to collection and purchase my pair.

Unless your a reseller or just a collector I wear my sneakers and since day one I've worn the shit out of these, unique design sock element put together with adidas "boost" technology many compare this silhouette to Nikes very own Roshe Run, but imo your smoking grass if you honestly think that not to be bias towards adidas this sneaker is in its own lane. Personally love he colourway very easy to put an outfit together with these sneakers if you follow my Instagram I've put together array of different fits to show variation on myself styling the shoe. 

On to the next one...

Going back to August the anticipation of the next 350 colourway and one I simply could not miss ever since I saw the premier of the Yeezy Collection models wearing this sneaker it was a case of NEED over want. The mixture of a black base mixed with grey wavy pattern just like the turtle doves Kanye putting a title to the shoe "Black Pirate", seemed very appropriate. Weeks in advanced myself and a group of my friends planned a 3 days camp out for these bad boys and believe me my first camp out it was horrendous to say the least rain, cold winds & by standers giving you shit was all new to me, but worth the wait I guess.

Last but not least...

Date 14/11/15 highly anticipated drop release of the third colourway self titled "Moonrock" don't quite know how they come up with these names but there cool as shit if you ask me. Shortest camp out but by far the best one so far, well planned very organised and just easy going 15 hours or less later another to add to the collection. Yet to style these and barely worn since purchased just biding my time until I unleash them but more or less waiting for the British weather not to rain down every day.

Don't get me wrong fan of the previous two maybe it's the hype of the colourway for this pair but i am in complete love with them, the back heel cushening appears to have gotten better in this model and it's really noticeable the one time I've tried them on (around the house). 

For those out there wanting all info regarding future releases best source is @yeezytalkworldwide don't ask me how they get such accurate info but they haven't let anyone down including myself when planning ahead before the drop date.
